Credit card charges

I occasionally receive emails from customers querying whether we charge customer credit cards immediately if an item is on back-order; I am pleased to confirm that Adorama does not charge Credit Cards for back ordered items until we ship, as we have control over the payments.

However, other payment methods for example and may charge the moment you place the order, while others may put a 'hold' on the funds until it is actually charged.
