I am an Adorama customer, and I'm writ...Hello,<br /><br />I am an Adorama customer, and I'm writing because the company did not follow through with its commitments to its customers regarding the Sukkot Holiday. <br /><br />I placed my order on Sept 24 (8248399) with full faith. I trusted that the company would deliver the item to me on the week of October 3 (as stated above), but I have not received it. In fact, the estimated arrival date for my package is October 11th, which is definitely not in "the week of October 3rd." It is my understanding that Adorama should have upgraded my shipping method so I would receive it by the end of this week.<br /><br />I am incredibly disappointed as a customer and would not recommend the company to anyone. I am leaving the country on October 11th, the day my camera should arrive, and according to UPS, it might not be here until 7 p.m. that night. <br /><br />Reliability and integrity are imperative in running a successful business.
