It is known in English as Slimleaf Heliotrope or Heliotropium suaveolens (a member of the Boraginaceae family).

It can be identified by its tiny yellow flowers clustered together in a coiled shape, typical of the Boraginaceae family.

It has fuzzy stems & leaves with fine hairs; the red-tipped structures on the calyx are another distinguishing characteristic.
